CyPos slides
CyPos is a digital poster system that allows all registered participants to view your presentation freely at any time during the conference.
Please use the PowerPoint “Notes” section to provide detailed explanations for each slide. This will help viewers understand your content even when you are not presenting in person.
The submission period for CyPos materials is scheduled for February to March 2026.
Presentation slides
Upload of your final presentation slides is mandatory within the submission period.
You may also use the “Notes” section to include your speaker script or notes for your own reference.
These notes will be displayed only on the monitor at the podium and will not be visible to the audience.
The submission period for presentation slides is scheduled for March 2026.
Details regarding the submission procedures and deadlines for both CyPos and presentation slides will be sent via email from the conference secretariat.
Please follow the instructions provided in the email carefully and complete your submissions accordingly.
