The International Session, which had been held jointly by the Japan Society of Radiological Technology (JSRT) and the Japan Society of Medical Physics (JSMP), has been held as the International Conference on Radiological Physics and Technology (ICRPT) since JRC2022. JRC2023 will be held as The 2nd ICRPT. We look forward to seeing you there.

※Please note that the process indicated by the green frame is shared by JSMP125 and ICRPT.

The deadline for each procedure is as stated above. Please note that there will be no extension of the deadline.

Attention [Important]

• – All general presentation slides and CyPos must be prepared in English (required).
• – Submission of the extended abstract is mandatory. JSMP members are also required to submit an English-language extended abstract when presenting at the ICRPT.
• – If the submission of the extended abstract, CyPos registration, and pre-registration of presentation slides are not completed by the deadline, the abstract will be cancelled.
• – No substitutions or corrections of presentation slides will be allowed at the conference venue. Please be sure to check your presentation slides during the pre-registration period.

Presentation type

The ICRPT will be facilitated by the chairperson of the presentation, and all questions and answers will be in English only. The duration of oral presentations and Q&A in English at the ICRPT will be 7 minutes and 3 minutes, respectively.
Recorded presentations will also be available during the webcast period (scheduled from April 13 to May 23). Please note, however, that the format of the presentation may change due to the change in the format of the event.
